Shoes
Paint
Top Coat
Boa
Rhinestones
All Purpose Glue
Hot Glue and Glue Gun
Scissors

Step One: Paint the bottoms and dents
Step Two: Glue the Rhinestones
Step Three: Glue on the Boa
