My Lady Gaga 2009 VMA Inspired Look

I love me some Lady Gaga and from time to time since she has been out, I get called Lady Gaga! Maybe its the similar body type, blonde hair, big eyes? or my need to dress and look as I please. I am not scared to express myself (madonna)! <3 This look is for a celebrity look a like competition so I decided to become her since so many give me that reference.

I chose her look from the 2009 VMA's. She wore like 7 different outfits maybe more but the makeup look stayed the same. I tried my best to mimick her look.

Her performance ended bloody! <3

For my look I just used a white lace curtain I had hanging up, it actually looks extremely similar to the lace that was used for one of her costumes that evening, and wrapped that around me and place on my head. I also used halloween blood for the last few pictures.
This is a really easy look to accomplish.

Face: Loreal True Match Ivory Foundation, Moi Minerals HD Powder and blush Affection
Lips: LA Colors clear lipgloss
Eyebrows: BH Cosmetics Neutral Palette and Wet n Wild Taupe Liner
Eyes: ELF Black cream shadow, Wet N Wild Don't Steal My Thunder Palette (black and white), LIT Cosmetics Gunsmoke glitter and Lit Kit, Ulta Mascara, Nyx Milk Pencil

Like that pink? I know, I should of curled it better, but it is done... lol
I only used my loose blush Affection from Moi Minerals and hair gel. I took a bit ofthe pigment in my hands and mixed in the gel. Rubbing your hands together massage into your hair. You can use this on ANY hair color for a tinted looked. I may just go rainbow one of these days. This is temporary and will wash out. Be careful on really light hair though, it can stain if you are using true micas.

I love Gaga <3

Now for the performance look! I just added fake blood.
Yes I squirted it in my eye! Burned like hell... but I got the picture!! lol

Wet N Wild FLORA Collection Look and Tutorial

This is what the FLORA Collection looks like from Wet N Wild. You get a full sized nail polish, lip gloss, blush, and eyeshadow palette. I found mine at Rite-Aid,. There is also another collection called FAUNA, that I will share with you soon. I love these products already and think its a steal at $4.99. (For this look I am featuring the Wet N Wild products I used.)
I also invite you to watch the video tutorial.

I used Wet N Wild Foundation and Concealer on my skin today.

Using the combination of the black shimmer pencil #154 and black liquid mega liner really gives that
BOLD line that I love.

Wet N Wild mega plump mascara made my natural lashes nice and full.

Using the single shadow Sugar was a great highlighter for this look.

A nice bold lip with 24 Carrot Gold megalast lipstick.

A closer look at the trio palette Flora.

My Beauty Addiction GLITTER palettes Review

I was incrediably impressed with these new pressed glitter palettes from My Beauty Addiction.

They are absolutly perfect for any glitter lover for sure. I can't really pick my favorite palette because I love each one so much, if I only had gotten one I would of immediately bought the other two. I am far from a shopaholic or an impulse buyer so to me this was a must have.

The palettes themselves come in a sleek thin design with a mirror enclosed on the compact. They can easily fit into your case, bag, purse, wherever. Each palette is lightweight and mess free. The glitter comes off just as nice as using a loose glitter, almost nicer with more control. Each palette comes in corrinating colors of 6 that you can remove and mix. A little bit of this product goes a long way, you can use it subtle or dramatically, the more you use the brighter the color.

The Glitter Fix Glitter Adhesive is perfect for this product. It holds the glitter in place perfectly and a little goes a long way.

Awesome!! Trays can be interchanged with the other glitter palettes so you can mix and match.

Love it, so thin and sleek! Fits right in my makeup belt or case.

Swatchy!!
These are so much prettier in person, I'm super happy! <3

Here is a look I created using the blue glitter palette as well as My Beauty Addiction shadows 3am, Midnight Kiss, and Mermaid with Color Me Mauve on my cheeks.

The Avengers: 9 Inspired Look Tutorials

As you can see from my title, I love comic book heros and villians. I am so excited for The Avengers to be coming out this Friday May 4th, those kind of movies are the ones I like most and look forward too. I have neglected my Comic Book Series on YouTube and thought what  perfect time to start some new looks for that. I chose 9 of the main characters from the movie/comic books to share with you today. They are inspired artistic looks that can be used in cosplay or for whatever you want. I came up with the looks on my own and always take time to get inspired and draw out what I am going to share with you. These looks are not based on the movie or even the comic books and I made all the looks feminine regardless if they were male characters. I hope you enjoy the following 9 looks and be sure to check out the rest of the looks from my YouTube Playlist Comic Book Series.
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLB3C11F08E2184311&feature=view_all

Loki
Loki is Thor's adopted brother causing jelously throughout his life, causing many comic book conflicts. He is the God of Mischeif and adopted as a Greek, so I intrepted that a bit into my look.

Maria Hill
Maria Hill is a SHEILD agent commander, who to me plays a significant role in the comics, I'm not even sure if she will make the movie. She is mostly behind the scenes but I felt she had to be in this series because she did a lot of really awesome defeats on some of our main Avengers before becoming an Avenger herself.

Thor
The Greek God Odin had a baby to succeed his power and named him Thor. This is pretty self explanitory, he was born to be a super hero.

Hawkeye
This look was a bit more tricky for me because this character has went through a few costume changes and he basicially looks ridious in the comics so I did my best to show him as a strong fearless hero.

Hulk

Iron Man

Nick Fury
Nick Fury is also a SHEILD agent. A Sheild Agent is someone who is involved and trained in Tony Starks( Iron Man ) protection technology.  He was a hero in the WW2 and was easily assigned director of Sheild because of his presentance and abilities.

Captain America

Black Widow

By the way, if you don't know about these characters, check out marvel.com :)
