This is my absolute FAVORITE neutral lipstick, a 99cent WetNWild shimmery lipstick 547B.
Loose mineral eyeshadows in sample form can be extremely affordable and if you like the shade a full sized option is just as worth it. A tiny bit goes such a long way!!
