Money-Saving Makeup Monday: 'Lotus' look

A very affordable look using some great drugstore products.
I call this one Lotus, after the eye palette I used.
L.A.Colors-
Lotus Eyeshadow Palette
Charcoal Pencil
Papaya/Nutmeg Blush

Jordana-
easyshine glossy lip color Raspberry

E.L.F.-
eye primer

Loreal-
True Match Liquid Foundation
Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara

WetNWild-
Dark Brown Pencil

This money saver is a $1 eyeshadow palette I found at Dollar General. You get a lot of shadow and this palette gives you that light shimmery, pastel shades.
I recently won this lippie off the Jordana facebook page.
They are always giving things away, so check out their giveaways.
I won this easyshine glossy lipcolor in Raspberry. This was my very first time using this product from them and I am hooked. I want to get more shades as soon as I can. This gives you that perfect amount of color, moisture, and shine. A little bit goes a long way and its lightweight on the lips and stays shiny. I love the scent of it. It's so perfect!!
I am only wearing the lip product in my photo.

Hello my glamorous friends!
Today I am sharing with you 2 makeup look ideas to use for day to night makeup.
Transitioning from day to night is as simple as putting your hair down and adding some eyelashes. A red lip and a little glitter never hurt either. ;)

Start by placing Honey all over the lid.
Apply Down&Dirty to the lid and blend into the crease.
Apply Navy to the lower lashline.
Apply the Gold Twinkle Dust over all the shadows.
Apply the Color Rich lipstick Candy Baby to the lips.
Apply Glamazon Sugar Babies lip glaze over the lipstick.

What I used for the Day Look:
My Beauty Addiction

Illuminzer
Color Rich Lipstick: Candy Baby
Sugar Babies Lip Glaze: Glamazon

For the Night Look I added unto the Day Look:

That was a fun and quick transformation from day to night!

Wardrobe Wednesday: My Top 10 Favorite Shoes

Hello my glamorous friends! Today I am going to share my top 10 pairs of shoes in my collection.

These nude open toe pumps are so verstile and that's why I love them. They can dress up jeans or look sleek with a dress and the color will compliment anything you wear. I love the shape and design of these, they make my legs look Ahh-mazing!!  A must-have shade for any shoe lover.
I got these from Forever 21.

These sexy girls are satin with reflective rainbow crystals.
They are my super diva shoes, I can rule the world in these. These make me feel instantly sexx-ay!!
I bought these resale from a friend.

One thing to me that goes with everything is rainbow so these were quickly mine.
I love the shape and height of these mary jane heels and the metallic print.
These add a fun splice of color to jeans or a neutral outfit.
I got these from Amiclubwear.

Gahhh, my most favorite wedges I have, these are ooh so comfortable yet give me the height I desire. The shape and vintage fabric are equally as perfect. I love to wear these with mostly everything as well.
I got these from Overstock.com.

Snake skin mary jane... oh yeah.. I love the maryjane shape to these and the touch of detail. They can go with just about anything, a black mary jane is a great staple to add to your shoe collection.
I got these from Shoe Carnival.

Ok, these are a bit more over the top but if you love shoes, you probably have a couple pairs of out of this world styles that you couldn't pass up as well. These are super fun and super sparkly. The shape and design take me to disco and make me feel like glam 70s.
I love wearing them during the summer or for fashion photo shoots.
These were gifted to me.

A sparkly pair of purple velvet pumps. These easily spice up any neutral outfit and look cute with jeans or a dress. I love the shape and how comfortable they are to wear.
I got these from Wet Seal.

The design of these shoes are so awesome, they are a huge favorite. I love the cut out open toe look. They are my year around shoes. I can wear them with a dress or jeans,
anything and it easily gives any outfit that edge!
I found these at Shoe Carnival.

If you buy one pair of heels I recommend trying out an animal print first.
They go with everything you might wear and is modern. It can spruce up any regular basic look. If you want a timeless look stick to a great pair of black pumps.
Evenly though you probably should just get both. ;)
I found both of these animal print shoes at Amiclubwear.

That's exactly how I feel in my heels and I love it!!
Have a wonderful evening and come back soon!

Today I am sharing some really amazing mineral eyeshadows and lipstick. These products are so cheap but the color payout is out of this world.
I used all of these products for my look today as well as a pair of eyelashes I found at big lots for $2.
These products range from $1 to $6. They are all vibrant and longlasting as anything else you might find. It's all in the way you use it. ;)

E.L.F. has these amazing loose mineral eyeshadows that are very beautiful and long lasting. I ended up catching a deal on the website that if you purchase $25 you get 10 free full sized eyeshadows! I was sold, you really can't beat that kind of deal. I was pleasantly surprised in the amount of shadow you get, the colors, and just how sparkly and beautiful they are. They normally are $3 each, which you can't find that good of a deal anywhere that I know of. Definatly worth a try, I love them all!

Jordana has amazing products as well. I find these products at Dollar General and Walgreens.
I actually have every lipstick shade they carry because their shades are so unique and at $1 each, you can't beat that. They also carry matte lipsticks, but the main shades are shimmery and glossy shades ranging from vibrant to sheer. I can't live without my Jordana lipsticks!
This one is Amber, a vibrant shimmery orange.

I hope you enjoyed today's look! Have a glamorous day and come back soon!

LOTD & OOTD: Triple Feature

I've had a lot of fun creating looks and outfits over the past few days.
Dressing my pregnant body has been a bit of challenge but I love a challenge!!
I love this time in my life and thought why wear boring maternity clothes when I can just buy clothes that are bigger and then I can alter them post partum.
I mostly thrift shop, because I like that unique find, nothing worse then showing up
to an event and matching 2 or 3 other people.
The styles I am sharing do NOT have to only be for those that are pregnant.
These outfit combos will look great without the belly. ;)
When looking for things to wear, don't try to copy the look exactly by buying those exact pieces, you can always find colors, textures, or prints that are similar to create your own style.
Your closet could be hiding the new favorite outfit. ;)

Outfit 1:
Neutrals like tan and brown are great colors that will look good with anything you may decide to wear. Here I added them as my shoes, belt, and bag. I felt like the light green and gold jewelry really added that extra touch I was looking for without going overboard on color. The animal print belt is the 'staple' piece in this outfit. It will go with every dress or skirt I have in my closet. The skinny belt is a great way to 'hide' a larger midsection by breaking up the single color of the dress and giving the illusion of flattering porportions. You wouldn't really know I was pregnant unless you seen me from the side or I told you. ;)

 Makeup Look 1:
This is a more natural casual look for me, I did feel absolutly beautiful though. I still added a bit of glitter for sparkle and the glam effect. Smokey eyes do not always have to be using black and white. Here I used a combo of gray, light green, and bronze to create the same effect.
My Beauty Addiction
Shadows: Dewdrops/Antique/Warm Bronze
Glitter: Honeydew
Bronzer: Goddess
Dazzle Dust: Diamond
Color Rich Lipsticks: Candy Baby/Bare

                                             www.etsy.com/shop/mybeautyaddiction

Outfit 2:
When wearing bright colors I like to make it not so matchy by adding a neutral color like black. Here I did it with my shoes, bag, and jewelry, but added a bit more color with the hair flower for that summertime feel. Printed dresses are a great way to propotion a larger mid section. This paisley print will play with the eyes, not making the belly so obvious. I love a maxi dress in the summer.

 Makeup Look 2:
I went dramatic for this look but skipped the liquid top eyeliner that I usually like to wear. Yellows, reds, and oranges are the colors of summer and just so happen to
look amazing on a pair of brown eyes. ;)
Shadows: Lava Flow/Beach Bum/Island Sunshine/Papaya Punch/Aloha Rose
Glitter: Bubblegum
Bronzer: Goddess
Dazzle Dust: Glisten
Color Rich Lipstick DUO compact: Bare/Lovespell
Liquid Mineral Foundation: 3W
Round Tapered Brush
6pc Brush Set

Outfit 3:
Matchy but not too matchy is what I was going for here. You don't always need to have the exact colors in the main piece to create an outfit. Here I added the green wedges and a necklace with green in it to add more color to this simple tank and floral skirt. It really worked out and looked very pulled together. I added the neutral fedora for that summertime feel. A purple bag and bracelt where just the extra pops of color this outfit needed. Casually cool.

 Makeup Look 3:
I really played with color here, this is probably one of my favorite looks I have created.
These colors go together so well!!
Shadows: Lucky/I.Q./Kiwi Kiss/Delirious/Angel Wings
Glitter: Cozumel
Bronzer: Goddess
Dazzle Dust: Glimmer
Color Rich Lipstick: Candy Baby
Sugar Babies Lip Glaze: Bubblegum
Liquid Mineral Foundation: 3W
Round Tapered Brush
6pc Brush Set

I hope you enjoyed this post, it was fun to create! I will be doing a full 'maternity' outfit looks post when my pregnancy is over, as well as how I get back into shape, so come back soon. :) Have a Glamorous day!!
